I have been a resident of the White Mountains for 15 years and a full time real estate agent and broker since 2003. Over the last decade our residential and commercial sectors have experienced tremendous growth. It has really been an exciting place to be! Currently of course, the growth has slowed and the prices are receding to a healthier level which has created an excellent buyers market. For those of you who are investment minded as well as have a desire to share this lovely community with us, please give me a call.
